Ruby

A dynamic, open source programming language with a focus on simplicity and productivity. It has an elegant syntax that is natural to read and easy to write. Ruby is a language of careful balance. Its a new language that balanced functional programming with imperative programming.

Ruby on Rails

an open source web development framework which has revolutionized the way we create web applications. It gives us all the necessarily tools and components needed to build powerful apps in an intuitive development environment. RoR makes development more efficient
and less troublesome.

"..Powerful web applications that formerly might have taken weeks
or months to develop can be produced in a matter of days."
— Tim O'Reilly

Why we love Ruby on Rails:

  1. Rapid development of prototypes
  2. Structured code and neat markup, easy to create flexible and maintainable code
  3. Interchangeable databases, simply make a few configuration changes and voila!
  4. Database schema control allows developers to easily get the latest version of the database

Python

Python is a programming language that lets you work more quickly and integrate your systems more effectively. You can learn to use Python and see almost immediate gains in productivity and lower maintenance costs.

Django

Django is a high-level Python Web framework that encourages rapid development and clean, pragmatic design. Developed by a fast-moving online-news operation, Django was designed to handle two challenges: the intensive deadlines of a newsroom and the stringent requirements of the experienced Web developers who wrote it. It lets you build high-performing, elegant Web applications quickly.

Erlang

Erlang is a programming language used to build massively scalable soft real-time systems with requirements on high availability. Some of its uses are in telecoms, banking, e-commerce, computer telephony and instant messaging. Erlang's runtime system has built-in support for concurrency, distribution and fault tolerance.

iOS app development

We build apps for iPhones and iPads. With iOS dev center we have access to a wide range of resources for developing, designing and distributing applications for iOS.

PhoneGap

PhoneGap is an HTML5 app platform that allows you to author native applications with web technologies and get access to APIs and app stores. PhoneGap leverages web technologies developers already know best... HTML and JavaScript.

JavaScript

JS is the most popular scripting language on the web, and works in all major browsers, such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari and Internet Explorer. The main benefit of Javascript is to add additional interaction between the website and its visitors with just a little extra work
by the web developer.

jQuery

jQuery is our favourite JS library, it's a very powerful tool and is meant
to simplify the code. Code is shorter than standard JavaScript, which can contribute to faster loading times. jQuery adds some very nice aesthetic effects to whatever you apply it to. Makes user interface a lot more user friendly and accessible.

Prototype

is our second favorite JS library which also aims to ease development
of dynamic web application.

AJAX

Ajax is a group of interrelated web development techniques used on the client-side to create interactive web applications with dynamic interfaces.

HTML5

HTML5 is the latest version of HTML and XHTML. The HTML standard defines a single language that can be written in HTML and XML. It attempts to solve issues found in previous iterations of HTML and addresses the needs of Web Applications, an area previously not adequately covered by HTML.

CSS3

CSS3 is the new kid in the stylesheet family. It offers exciting new possibilities to create an impact with your designs, allows you to use more diverse style sheets for a variety of occasions and lots more.

Web Sockets

Developed as part of the HTML5 initiative WebSockets defines
a full-duplex single socket connection which messages can be sent between client and server. The Web Socket standard attempts
tosimplify muchof the complexity around bi-directional web communicationand connection management. It represents an alternative to Ajax, however, each technology has its own unique capabilities.
